Teneice is a classical comphrehensive Pilates instructor in Miami, FL. Previous to teaching in Miami, she lived in Alexandria, VA and taught both mat and equipment Pilates at VIDA Fitness and VIDA Pilates in both DC and Virginia studios. Her grit, strong personality and status as a US Air Force veteran lends itself perfectly to teaching with motivation.
